ISAO Orientation Needing Volunteers

ISAO is looking for staff volunteers for the Fall 2023 New International Student Orientation! Orientation is Thursday, August 17 from 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM and we are looking for staff volunteers to mingle with new students as they sign in for the day. There will be 3 Welcome Tasks and 2 slots for serving lunch boxes:

📆Welcome: (7:15-8:30 AM)
Greeters will be in the Student Union, guiding students to the sign-in table.
Minglers will be in SU 401 with the students to engage with students in friendly conversation over breakfast.
Bag Distribution will be handing out Orientation Day Bags after students sign in and head to SU 401.

Lunch Distribution: will take place in ASSC West Lobby and we are looking for volunteers to help ISAO staff manage the lines and hand out boxed lunches. The time slots are roughly 11:00-11:30 and 12:25-12:45.
