PRO GRANTS

A recent response from the minsitry indicated that changes to the program were made for 2019-20 from an application-based funding model to a grant allocation model. District school boards will receive a predetermined funding amount for parent engagement projects. I do not yet know how much money has been allocated for theTDSB or how this money will be used in our school board.  I will provide more information to councils as I receive it.

SCHOOL COUNCIL TDSB EMAIL ACCOUNT

The TDSB has established school council email accounts for all council chairs.  This account enables the council chairs to receive inportant information from the board and access to grant information, wifi, and other school council chairs.  Council chairs should contact their principal to get access to their account.  For further information or support, please contact John.Manalo@tdsb.on.ca .
