Contact the Orange Soil and Water Conservation District office if you are interested in cost-sharing assistance for agricultural best management practices (BMPs) on your farm. Examples of eligible projects include grassed waterways and field borders to reduce erosion, livestock exclusion fencing near streams and ponds, and water supply wells to irrigate produce (with a documented water need). Apply by August 17.
