Focus on Safety & Epic Service
We have two holiday periods under our belts and we have all of you to thank for providing the Experience of a Lifetime to our guests during an unforgettable winter. Going forward our instructor newsletter communication will switch to a biweekly update from us outside of holiday periods or urgent information. Please remember to use this newsletter as a resource for the week ahead as well as a guide to general policies that apply to our work in Ski & Ride each day.
Safety and Epic Service are two of the most important parts of our jobs at Okemo. Please refer to the safety information below and remember to refer to the learning from your Epic Service training when approaching guest interactions and student experiences. If you haven't completed your Epic Service training yet, please log into The LIFT and complete your Epic Service curriculum as soon as possible. The course equips us with the foundational guideposts needed to deliver the Experience of a Lifetime to our guests.
It remains as critical as ever that we, as instructors, continue to practice physical distancing, washing our hands, wearing a mask, and staying home if sick. The more we model these behaviors, the more compliance we will see from our guests, which will help us remain open all season. Thank you for continuing to make safety a priority each day at Okemo.
