2025-2026 Important School Dates |
Tax season is upon us and many of you will be needing an itemized statement of what has been paid towards your ULS tuition for the 2024 calendar year. This is a feature that FACTS tracks and is easy for you to pull yourself.
Below are the directions to access your tax documents in FACTS. It is best to access the documents on a desktop, laptop, or by going through Safari internet on your phone. If you are trying to access through the app, it sometimes glitches. Also, if you call FACTS customer service, they could possibly access it for you if the directions below don't work. The customer service number is 866-441-4637.
1. Login to your FACTS account
2. Select "View Details" in the "Payment Plan & Billing" section
3. Select "View Payment Summary" to open a new window
4. Use the drop down menu to select your desired date range
5. Print or download to PDF
Click here for a PDF of this information.

Cub Campus Beautification Day |
K-12 Volunteer Sign-Up: Cub Campus Beautification Day!
Join us on Sunday, March 23rd, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM for a rewarding service opportunity to help beautify our school campus!
We welcome families, students, and community members to pitch in—there’s something for everyone! Sign up for a 2-hour shift, but if you can only stay for part of a shift or would like to help for longer, that’s great, too!
Help with tasks like power washing, painting, and flower bed maintenance to keep our campus looking its best. Families can sign up together (e.g., “Anderson Family”) instead of individually.
School clubs, teams, and organizations are encouraged to sign up as a group!
Need service hours? Mrs. Bevill can provide documentation for your time.
In addition to volunteers, we also need equipment and materials to make the day a success! If you can, please lend items such as:
Paint brushes, paint rollers, paint scrapers
Painter’s tape, drop cloths
Ladders, power washers
Every contribution helps!
👉 Sign up to volunteer or lend materials today to support our school community!
Contact jbevill@lsu.edu with questions.
