2017 Summer Program - NCMF Quarterly Cryptologic Programs

Please save the date for the 2017 NCMF Summer Cryptologic Program on 20 June from 1000 to 1300 hours featuring Dr. David Priess, former CIA intelligence officer and author of The President's Book of Secrets. Learn more about Dr. Priess and his book on our Quarterly Programs Page. The program will include lunch. Please stay tuned for news about registration.

***ALSO ON 20 JUNE (immediately following the NCMF's Summer Program, but at the Museum) - the NCM and the Center for Cryptologic History will host a special WWI Panel Discussion featuring several guest speakers and presentations - including the presentation of the new WWI Exhibit. LEARN MORE.

COLD WAR TELEMETRY PROCESSING UNIT

The Foundation (with special thanks to member Dick Bernard) has facilitated the receipt and transfer to the National Cryptologic Museum of three large different Soviet missile telemetry processing units provided to the U.S. by Russia as required by the “Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START), implemented by the U.S. and Russia starting in 1994 and continuing through 2009. The 2017 NCMF Membership Meeting & Annual Symposium on 18 October coincides with the 2017 CCH Cryptologic History Symposium (19-20 Oct.). Plan on making it 3 Days of Cryptology! Click on the image for details about the events.

DEDICATION OF 6994TH SECURITY SQUADRON MEMORIAL HIGHWAY
On Thursday, 20 April 2017, a four-mile stretch of I-86 in Chemung County, NY was officially designated as the “6994th Security Squadron Memorial Highway." The dedication honors the service and bravery of the flight crews and support personnel of the 6994th Squadron who served our nation throughout the Vietnam War. 2017 ANNUAL EAGLE ALLIANCE CRYPTO CUP
The Annual Crypto Cup takes place on 9 June at Patuxent Greens Golf Club. Registration payment is due by 15 May and sponsorship opportunities are going fast.
