Please find below upcoming changes to the World Trade Center Seattle boardrooms, starting March 1st, 2024.
We are excited to share we will continue to offer our Boardroom D complimentary of charge to members with no food and beverage minimum! You can book this space by emailing Alison directly, we’ll have a webform up and running soon as well.
Should you require food and beverages during your meeting in Boardroom D, you have options; a reservation for a la carte lunch in the WTC Seattle Dining Room or an in-room menu option which must be ordered at least (3) days in advance.
Due to both member and non-member demand, our Boardroom A/B/C space will now be considered a full-service event space with a food and beverage minimum of $1,200.00++ and a room rental of $300.00++ regardless of the number of guests.
This space will be available for booking Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. All food and beverages will be ordered through a Sales team representative and serviced by our talented and tenured team members.
It is important to note we are currently serving lunch Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, therefore on Mondays or Fridays we will have limited pre-order options available at a minimum cost; your Sales team representative will assist you with all questions and options! You could choose a date on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and join us for a la carte lunch or consider moving your meeting/event to the Boardroom A/B/C venue with the upgraded package for an elevated experience.
In addition to the above, we are working with property management on enhancing the appearance of all boardrooms!
