  • The Bob Dylan Center unveiled the inaugural Bob Dylan Center Songwriter Fellowship in partnership with Universal Music Group Publishing. Two songwriters will be awarded with dedicated time to the Bob Dylan Archive, along with other incentives. Read more

  • "Black rural culture has sprung up and said, ‘Hey, we want to be counted.’ So that means that the songs also have to start reflecting the values and some of the aesthetics that go with Black rural culture." – Dom Flemons details the importance of representation in country, western and rural music, as well as preserving old-time music and keeping it alive.
