IUP has designated this Friday as Student Self-Care Day—a day to rest, recharge, and relax. Take time to reduce stress, build self-confidence, and lay the foundation for your wellness. Free apple cider or hot chocolate and social media contests with giveaways will be offered.

8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Zoom. Make retirement easier. Attend sessions of your choice on a first-come basis. 
9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., online. Learn what you can do to secure and defend critical information. 
3:30–5:00 p.m., Zoom. Join the Center for Multicultural Student Leadership and Engagement for a series of discussions on diversity and inclusion.
