Membership Guide

RecSports is excited to present our brand new membership guide! This resource is now available online and details all the facilities, programs, and services available to you as a RecSports members.

We hope you find this guide helpful and appreciate you being a part of the RecSports family!

Fall Private Swim Lessons

Lessons will be conducted using all of the American Red Cross safety guidelines. To schedule a private lesson please choose from the available days and times that work best for you. Private lessons are sold 4 classes per session. Whatever day and time you choose will repeat for four weeks inlcuding the start date.

Lunchtime Pickleball

Available to all faculty/staff who have an active RecSports membership! Another great way to make connections with other departments and all skill levels are welcome!

When: Tuesdays from noon to 1 p.m.

Where: TRECS basketball court

All neccessary equipment is provided. Join the Lunchtime Pickleball GroupMe for additional info.

Lunchtime Basketball

Available to all faculty/staff who have an active RecSports membership! Great way to make connections with other departments. All skill levels are welcome!

When: Wednesdays and Fridays from noon to 1 p.m.

Where: TRECS basketball court

Neurodivergent & Allies Slow Flow Yoga

Join us for a Slow Flow Yoga class designed with neurodivergent individuals in mind. This class will be smaller than normal and will have an option to attend virtually to account for some of the common challenges these students face, like anxiety and sensory overload.

Tennessee RecSports new Scout Locker facility

Facility Spotlight - Check Out Our New Scout Locker

As Summer tempatures start to cool off and transition to Fall, now is a great opportunity to check out our new outdoor space! The Scout Locker is an outdoor/remote training unit located adjacent to the outdoor tennis courts and Tom Black Track. This space includes Pull Up Stations, Free Weights, and more! Scout Locker Hours: Monday - Friday 4:00PM - 8:00PM

Facility Rentals

In need of a campus event space for your office? RecSports offers a wide variety of rental opportunities including but not limited to meeting space, fitness studios, turf fields, etc.

Spooky Movie Night

Bring a friend and join us at the TRECS Turf Fields as we visit Halloweentown through the projector screen! We will be giving away RecSports blankets, and providing drinks and snacks.
