The 2019 High School Internship Program concluded on June 28 with individual student presentations and an end of program celebration. 

From 180 applications and 110 interviews, 43 students were selected by 22 employers for internship opportunities within their organizations. Forty students completed the entire program, and over 12 students were extended additional employment opportunities. 

In addition to gaining career insights, students attended weekly sessions centered on college preparation, college cost, college readiness, and career readiness. 

From survey data, 75% of students stated the internship experience confirmed their interest in the selected field, and 25% of students would continue career exploration. View photos, student testimonials and internship recap videos below.
