One.Together.
The Campaign for St. Michael's Less than a year ago, after extensive feasibility studies, St. Michael's Board of Directors announced the move of the Lower School to the Singleton Campus. The Capital Campaign Committee, with the support of the Development Office, has steadily moved forward in the "quiet" phase of the campaign, meeting and securing gifts and pledges from a wide range of constituencies. Meeting with parents, grandparents, alumni families and friends of the School on an individual basis provides a greater understanding of the project and its funding needs. The philanthropic goal of the campaign is $4.2 M. The Committee is in the final stage of securing gifts to match a 2:1 funding proposal submitted by the Development Office to the Mary Morton Parsons Foundation. Gifts of all amounts are being received to reach the $400,000 targeted goal by May 1. Please contact Ned Witthoeftt, campaign co-chair, or the Development Office, if would like additional information about the challenge. We're moving! St M faculty toured the new Lower School last week. Lower School faculty are excited about their enlarged classrooms, shared spaces and new learning opportunities of a 70-acre campus. Please visit the link above for a video showcasing the new Lower School. Click HERE to visit the One.Together. page on the website for campaign updates, construction photos, and more. Thank you for the many ways you are involved with St. Michael's!
