4-H online- Update

The most frequent question is: When do we launch?  October 1 is the target date.

Over the August 22-23 weekend, our enrollment data was transferred from v1.0 to v2.0.  All youth and adults who were ever active in the last seven years were copied to the new database.  There is a delay in copying the custom fields data, ex. VIP training date, background check date, local fields 1-5, and shooting sports certifications.  Mandated Reporter and Essential Elements training completions were not copied and are being worked with the vendor to get this done. Until all these tasks have been completed, we cannot have staff or families enter enrollments in v2.0.

While this has been and continues to be a long journey, Wisconsin is going at about the same pace as other states in the upgrade.  Hopefully, the wait will be worth it in terms of ease of use and added functionality. Thank you for your patience!
