Students and employees who are unvaccinated, partially vaccinated (awaiting final dose or not yet two weeks past final dose), or have not submitted proof of vaccination are required to get tested for COVID every week.
The college offers free COVID tests on campus for asymptomatic* students and employees. These are saliva tests and the results are automatically sent to the college. Testing is a quick and easy process. The testing center is located in the Alumni Field House and is open on Mondays from 1 - 8 p.m., Tuesdays from 9 a.m. - noon, or Sundays from 1 - 8 p.m.
The testing cycle for students (weekly schedule for compliance) runs Monday - Sunday. If students miss the testing center on Monday or Tuesday, they must get tested on Sunday (or get a test off campus) to remain in good standing.
Students and employees who are fully vaccinated are encouraged to test weekly as well to help prevent any spread among our community.
*(Anyone who has symptoms of COVID should not participate in the weekly surveillance testing. If you are experiencing symptoms, students should contact the Health Center and employees should contact their primary care provider for instructions on how to get a diagnostic test.)
