New Benefit Cost Transfer Tool Coming Soon |

The newly redesigned Benefit Cost Transfer (BCT) tool is launching on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
Key features of the new BCT Tool:
|
- BCTs will use the familiar Salary Cost Transfer (SCT) interface.
- The new tool improves functionality to allow adjustments on a per-transaction basis.
- You can filter transactions by chartfield elements, expense types, and deduction codes.
- The new tool will optimize processing for faster transaction execution.
- Paychecks prior to October 31, 2021, are not eligible for the new BCT tool. You will need to follow local processes (e.g., journal writebacks) to correct these transactions.

- Please approve or deny all pending BCT transactions by Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
