KU's Hub for Funding & Award Opportunities
Announced last month, KU is launching the Hub for Funding & Award Opportunities, an online platform that will streamline how to discover and apply for internal funding, honorific awards, and limited submission opportunities offered by the Office of Research.
Starting November 1, most internal competitions managed by the Office of Research will be hosted in the Opportunities Hub, which is powered by InfoReady and already adopted on the KU Medical Center campus. Other offices on KU's Lawrence and Edwards campuses may adopt InfoReady in the future.

Degree Certification - Fall 2025
College Undergraduate Academic Services
For departments, academic advisors, and course instructors:
Degree certification for undergraduates will commence on December 23 and 24. The certification process will resume with the opening of the university on January 2, 2026. Please keep in mind that during these dates (12/23,12/24 & 1/2 - 1/9) College Degree Analysts may have questions regarding a student applicant’s major, minor, or certificate requirements that require a departmental response. We kindly ask that a departmental contact be available during degree certification, as we may call upon the point of contact to approve an exception or other issue.
For academic advisors and departmental faculty:
Please submit any remaining substitutions or waivers for students who have applied to graduate for Fall 2025 as soon as possible – no later than Friday, December 19, 2025, but preferably before then.
For all course instructors:
Please keep in mind that if an incomplete grade is assigned for the current semester (12/19 grade submission deadline), any incomplete grade assigned to a student graduating this semester will require coursework to be graded before January 9th for the student to use the course(s) toward graduation requirements in Fall 2025. If the student is unable to complete the work by that time, they will have to defer graduation to a future term.
