RIVERSPORT NightWater Summer Music Series | June 4 – Aug. 7
The RIVERSPORT NightWater Summer Music Series returns with an expanded lineup of local musicians on Thursday and Friday evenings throughout the summer. The month of June will see performances from Giacomo, Jacob Becannen, Tyler Smith, Mark Vollersten, Derek Harris, Stephen Salewon, Rocky Kanga and Melvin Rinner. FREE TO ATTEND.
deadCenter Film Festival | June 10-14
deadCenter Film Festival is five days of screenings, events, panels and more! On Friday, June 12 at 3:30 p.m. at Oklahoma Contemporary, OF+MO will present the FREE TO ATTEND panel Financing & Packaging: How Films Get Made in Today’s Market with special guests Viviana Zarragoitia (Three Point Capitol), Milena Jankovic (FilmNation), Max Geschwind (CAA) and Peter Kuplowsky (“Every Heavy Thing”) breaking down the real-world process of turning an idea into a financed project. OF+MO is also helping present local music at many of the festival’s special events with talent including Original Flow, Gold Lincoln, CAJ, Bella Burns, Jabee, Kid Lennon, Sam Vaughn, Chazlen Rook and David Bruster.
Tennessee Jett and Friends: Weekend in the Woods | June 12-13
The scenic Hochatown, Okla., will set the scene for Tennessee Jett and Friends: Weekend in the Woods music festival. Headlined by local musician Tennessee Jet, this event features Jim Lauderdale, Alex Williams and more artists to be announced.

Students will learn script analysis & screenwriting, character development, basic film set education and confidence & social skills for performers.

The Marland Mansion
Completed in 1928, the stunning Marland Mansion is located in the film friendly certified Ponca City, which is 90 minutes from both Oklahoma City and Tulsa. A National Historic Landmark known as the “Palace on the Prairie,” this 55-room Italian Renaissance Villa is recognized as one of “America’s Castles” and is furnished with original and period furniture. The preserved mansion currently operates as a museum, and offers several idyllic settings both in the four-story mansion as well as on the grounds surrounding. “High Stakes: The Life and Times of E.W. Marland” and the family fantasy movie “Adventures of Rufus: The Fantastic Pet” have filmed at this property.
