  • On Tuesday, we announced the nominees for the 2023 Americana Honors & Awards live from Nashville's National Museum of African American Music. This year's Artist of the Year contenders include Charley Crockett, Sierra Ferrell, Margo Price, Allison Russell and Billy Strings - congratulations to all! See full list of nominees here

  • Rhiannon Giddens has been awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Music for the libretto and musical composition of the opera Omar which depicts the life of the captured Muslim scholar, Omar Ibn Said. On the heels of her monumental accomplishment, Giddens also announced her first album in six years and shared the title track “You’re the One.” Read more

  • The Milk Carton Kids have partnered with the Los Angeles Philharmonic to produce the first annual Los Angeles Folk Festival, which will debut at The Ford in Los Angeles on October 7-8.
