Thank You! LAST CHANCE! FINAL PROGRAM OF 2016. PEARL HARBOR PROGRAM ~ 5 DECEMBER 2016 Our final cryptologic program of 2016 focuses on cryptologic and intelligence events related to Pearl Harbor. This year's guest speaker, Dr. Linton Wells, II, has a wealth of Defense Department experience and is the founder of the TIDES Project. His presentation will include information about how the Japanese Imperial Navy was brilliantly prepared for battle, but not for war. At-the-door registrations will be accepted, however, to guarantee lunch, registration by COB November 30th is required. Registration includes a catered lunch and is $20 for members and $50 for guests (includes a complimentary one-year NCMF basic membership).
