Announcing our new 
Self-Advocacy classes!


Join Upstream Arts this summer as we launch our NEW Self-Advocacy programming, revolutionizing Self-Advocacy through the arts. Use creativity to expand your voice and choice and live your best life - everyday. 
After a year of responding to meet the unprecedented demand spurred on by COVID and its systemic impacts on our disability community, Upstream Arts is proud to be partnering with the Department of Human Services to offer Minnesota's first arts-based Self-Advocacy classes! Classes will meet online this summer, with in-person options coming this fall.

· Explore self-expression and communication through theater, dance, music & more!
· Strengthen your self-advocacy skills for home, work, and relationships!
· Connect with and support your peers!
All adults with disabilities ages 18+ are welcome.
Weekly classes run July - Sept online. Choose one of our weekly class times:

Mondays 10am-11pm
Wednesdays 1-2pm
Thursdays 4-5pm
Thanks to our individual donors like YOU, we're able to offer our summer Self-Advocacy classes on a 
pay-what-you-can basis!
Coming soon! Pay with waivered dollars this fall.

Ages 18+
Vaccine is completely free, and you will not be asked to show IDs or insurance. This bus has been converted a safe and mobile vaccine clinic. To ensure accessibility, some vaccines may be administered outside of the bus.
