Get involved, stay active, and meet new friends by joining Intramural Sports for FREE at UWM UREC!
Whether you're looking to have fun, stay fit, or fuel your competitive spirit, intramurals offer something for everyone. No matter your skill level, it's a great way to de-stress, build community, and enhance your college experience.
Play Volleyball, Basketball, Indoor Soccer, Outdoor Soccer, Flag Football, and/or Badminton. Some Leagues and Tournaments start as soon as - September!
Join a team or start your own. Registration started August 26 but closing dates vary by sport. Register today and get in the game! Questions? Email imsports@uwm.edu.

FitWell (formerly Sport & Recreation) offers in-person, online, and hybrid 1-and 2-credit elective courses. Find a variety of activities to maintain wellness or fitness while earning credit. No additional undergrad tuition cost if total credits are 12-18 (Fall and Spring). In-person classes will follow UWM policies as well as location-specific policies. If you have questions or would like a copy of a syllabus from a previous class, email us or visit our Frequently Asked Questions.

2. Get Course Numbers. Visit Schedule of Classes and search "FITWELL". Find a Class and Time best for YOU!
3. Register in PAWS or Register in Stellic. Select "FitWell" under the subject. Search Course Title under keyword.
