Level up your semester! With , you’ll recharge outdoors, meet new people, and try experiences you won’t get in a classroom like teaming up for paintball battles, tackling a six-mile bluff hike, or paddling the Mississippi River at sunset. Each 3-6 hour trip gives you a boost of confidence, connection and fun. Plus, they handle the transportation!

The Center for Counseling & Psychological Services is offering several new support group experiences for students. These semi-structured and unstructured groups focus on one topic or a shared experience and provide an opportunity to give and receive support and validation. They are ideal for anyone interested in talking with others who have had similar lived experiences.

Injured & Recovering Athletes |
An open support group for student athletes recovering from medium to long-term injuries. Focused on increasing social support, facilitating recovery, and coping with the impact of injuries in healthy ways.

Radiance Recovery for Healthier Romantic Relationships |
An eight-week psychoeducational support group for all who fall on the spectrum of womanhood (trans-femme and non-binary identities welcome). Group members will explore themes of truth telling, finding effective support, understanding emotions, self-help strategies and crafting new ways of living that honor the self.

| Get nominated for the Outstanding Student Employee Award |
|
|
Spread the word to your supervisor! As part of National Student Employment Week, April 13–17, the Center for Career Engagement is seeking nominations for WashU’s Outstanding Student Employee Award. Nominations are due March 2 at 11:59 p.m. and are open to supervisors of student employees.
Additionally, student employees are invited to attend daily celebrations in DUC 110 from 11 a.m.–1:30 p.m. throughout the week for FREE food, fun activities, raffle prizes, and community with fellow student workers. Supervisors and departments can also participate in several ways. Please visit this website for more information.
