St. Michael's is assessing the weather and road conditions and will communicate with families later this morning regarding the plan for Monday, January 26.
As always, communications will be sent out via our Emergency Notification System, and will be posted as well on social media, NBC 12, and on the School website home page.

Important: 2026-27 Re-Enrollment Contracts
Online re-enrollment contracts for current students for the 2026-27 school year will be emailed to families on Monday, FEBRUARY 2, and are due back by NOON on FEBRUARY 12.
Please mark your calendars. Similar to last year, re-enrollment will take place digitally through PowerSchool. Details to follow soon!

Q2 Reports Cards and ERBS
Lower School Families: Report cards and ERBS were sent home in backpacks on Friday, January 23.
Middle School Families: Report cards will be visible in PowerSchool by 4 p.m. on January 23. Paper copies will not be sent home. (In June, students will receive a printed copy of the full-year report card.) Middle School ERBS were also mailed home late this week.

2026 Summer Camp Registration Now Open!
Join us for a SPECTACULAR SUMMER at St. Michael's!
EIGHT weekly camp sessions will be offered from June 8-August 7 for ages 4-14. St M had record-breaking, sold-out attendance at our camp programs last summer.
Please INVITE YOUR FRIENDS, CO-WORKERS, & NEIGHBORS to participate! You do not need to attend St M to participate in summer camp.

Pizza, Pep Posters & SMBA Championship: Thursday, February 5
What a night of Kindergarten-8th Grade FAMILY FUN! Join the St. Michael's Parents' Association (SMPA) for pizza in the Middle School Great Hall on Thursday, February 5, at 5:30 p.m. Show your school spirit and create pep posters for the SMBA Championship Game.
Then, cheer on our fourth and fifth-grade Dragons—and their alumni coaches—during the SMBA Basketball Championship. It's a much-cherished St. Michael's tradition!
Tip-off is at 6:30 p.m. in the Ellen Passmore Singleton Gym. ALL GRADES are invited to attend. Help us fill the gym with lots of K-8 enthusiasm!

| Illness Reporting Protocol/Form
For the health and safety of all of our students, faculty, and staff, thank you for informing St. Michael’s if your child is ill and/or has a suspected contagious illness.
Upon receipt of this information, Nurse Maben, St M's school nurse, will contact the family. Please keep your child(ren) AT HOME until contacted by Nurse Maben.
