Butler County Seeks New Partners for Recycling

For a limited time, Butler County Recycling will provide funding and technical assistance to apartment communities in Oxford who seek to expand or start new recycling service for student residents.
Call Anne Fiehrer Flaig (513) 887-3963 or email at Anne.FiehrerFlaig@bcohio.us to discuss this opportunity!

ShareFest 2018

While move-out week is still a few weeks away, it will be here before we know it! As you plan your move-out packets for your tenants, please consider including information about ShareFest in your materials or emails. You can find resources (email text, graphics, flyers) in our March Issue of the Property Manager Newsletter
Tenant Education Program
Tenant Education Program(TEP) - Call for Landlord Incentives

During Spring 2018, the Office of Off Campus Outreach & Communication at Miami University launched the Tenant Education Program (TEP). This exciting educational initiative is an online workshop about lease signing and off-campus living to provide Miami students with the tools to be good neighbors, responsible community members, and better tenants.

We continue to look for landlord partners to incentivize this program. Current incentives include swag bags, security deposit discounts, monthly discounts, and waived fees. Any landlord or property manager who offers such incentives will be listed as a participating partner on our website, social media, and on the TEP course site. If you are interested in offering an incentive for this program, email stayersc@miamioh.edu. Thank you in advance for your support of this important educational initiative!

Housing Service Launches Semester Rent Feature

Off-Campus Partners, LLC has recently launched the ability for property listers to display rent amount as a semester rate on the https://offcampushousing.miamioh.edu/ housing site.  This feature will serve many Oxford properties who charge rent per semester rather than by month.
If you haven't yet visited the site, we encourage you to check it out. Individual owners (who own fewer than 10 properties) can sign up on the site. More than 10 properties? Please reach out to our account representative, Ken Jones, at kenneth@offcampuspartners.com.
