Cavs for Life has been busy preparing for Human Dignity week through a variety of activities, both at Walsh and in the local community. On campus, they hosted a pro-life sign-making activity for those attending the Summit County March for Life in Cuyahoga Falls and National March for Life as well as a Rosary for Life, which occurs every Friday at 3 p.m. in the St. Teresa of Calcutta Chapel inside the Toot Global Learning Center. Over the weekend, 12 Cavs for Life members joined 120 local pro-life citizens at the Summit County March for Life, braving the frigid temperatures while holding their handmade signs to take a stand for those who cannot stand themselves. Finally, Cavs for Life closed out the weekend by attending the annual Mass for Life with Bishop David Bonnar at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. After the Mass, four students (Luke Goers, Caleb Adcock, Olivia Huzyak, and Eleanor Mondok) were blessed in preparation for their upcoming pilgrimage to Washington, D.C. for the National March for Life.
