Join us for a Body Back Open House!
Bring a yoga mat or towel and come ready to sweat! We’ll do a 45-min HIIT workout, then enjoy tasty recipes from the new 2017 Body Back recipe book! This is a great opportunity to try a class, see the nutrition guide and recipe books, learn about our upcoming 8-week session, ask questions, meet the instructors, chat with moms who have been through the program, and make some new friends!
