The IT Strategic Alignment began in September of 2022 with a clear starting point of setting and meeting our stated goals. These goals are to enhance user support and experience, increase efficiency, increase transparency, simplify processes, and establish campus alignment.
I am excited about our accomplishments after nine months as we approach the completion of the primary driver behind our first year's focus, the implementation of Katalyst, SHSU's new IT ticketing system.
