Paycheck Modeler
Available from the PeopleSoft Employee Self Service home screen, the Paycheck Modeler can be used to calculate a hypothetical check by changing your earnings, deductions or tax withholding status. The Paycheck Modeler is intended to provide general guidance and estimates on how your check might vary based on changes in your earnings, deductions and/or taxes.

| MDLive
Telemedicine through Excellus BCBS’ partner MDLive is a convenient way to treat non-urgent medical conditions 24 hours/day – typically with a $0 copay or lower co-pay compared to an in-person visit! Employees participating in HWS’ medical plan can access MDLive telemedicine appointments through the Excellus BCBS Online Portal.
Bree Health
HWS’ Employee Assistance Program, Bree Health, is a resource for HWS faculty and staff. Bree Health offers confidential counseling and individualized wellbeing resources that can support you when you need it. Employees and family members can receive support through Bree Health’s web portal or mobile app. View the Bree Health flyer for registration instructions.

HWS Summer Hours
HWS’ summer hours will begin on Monday, June 8 and run through Friday, August 7. During this period, administrative offices will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., a reduction of one hour per day. This policy applies to all 12-month full-time staff who are normally scheduled to work 37.5 hours or more per week. See HR’s email from 4/8/26 for full details on the Summer Leave Policy. Thank you for all your hard work and effort throughout the year!
Accessibility at HWS
HR, in partnership with multiple campus offices, has created a centralized Accessibility at HWS webpage as a resource for students, employees and visitors seeking information about accommodations, accessibility requests or reporting barriers and concerns. The webpage can be found on the HR, Admissions, Advancement, Campus Safety, CTL and Conferences and Events websites to ensure the information is easy to find when needed.

Please ensure you have an updated phone number and updated emergency contact listed in your Human Resources PeopleSoft portal. Navigate to this information using the “Personal Details” tile in PeopleSoft.
Beneficiary Information
Ensure your beneficiary information is updated and accurate within the Employee Navigator benefits portal and the Transamerica retirement portal.
