R&L Foods, LLC (“R&L Foods”), a Winchester, Virginia-based Wendy’s franchisee owned and operated by long-time quick service restaurant industry veteran Rick Reynolds, has completed the sale of 13 Wendy’s restaurants in northern Virginia to Superior Restaurant Group of Northern Virginia, Inc. (“SRG”). Rick Reynolds, through various affiliated entities, continues to operate 24 Wendy’s restaurants in central Alabama. Auspex Capital acted as the sell-side M&A advisor to R&L Foods for this transaction.
