A.G. Rhodes Resident and Braves Biggest Fan Gets Special Surprise
Anne Bowden—a resident at A.G. Rhodes Wesley Woods —is one of the Atlanta Braves’ biggest fans. She has quite the collection of Braves memorabilia, but she was missing one item that she desperately wanted to add to her collection: a World Series replica ring.
When Ms. Bowden told her story on Instagram here, the community answered! Sean Roberts, a student at the Special Needs School of Gwinnett and his father, Dale, heard about Ms. Bowden and stood in line at a recent Gwinnett Stripers game to get a ring for Ms. Bowden. Ms. Bowden was so surprised and thrilled to receive her ring. 11Alive even picked up the story which you can read here.
