It's Game Time: Consider Meeting with a Wellness Coach |
|
|
You can do this, Utah! With less than a month to the end of the semester, our students are approaching a high stress period taxing their #IntellectualWellness.
Knowing that our wellness is interconnected, it's not surprising to see academic stress spread into other dimensions of wellness - like having less time to get outside or engage in physical wellness.
If you, or students you're connected with, are feeling the effects of increased academic stress on your wellness... it may be time to bring in a Wellness Coach!

What is Wellness Coaching? |
Wellness Coaching is a one-on-one collaborative conversation where a coach will aid you in achieving your health and wellness goals.
The job of the coach is not to treat you, but to be your ally and your resource although they may refer to health-related services if appropriate.
This growth-promoting relationship elicits motivation, increases the capacity to change, and facilitates a change process through visioning, goal setting, and accountability.

Take a moment to check-in with your wellbeing and get grounded with your body - maybe take a few deep breaths, or close your eyes to notice the sensations in the body.
