LEADERSHIP STARTS HERE 2026–27 COHORT
|
Leadership Starts Here, a faculty leadership development program from the Office of Faculty Academic Affairs, is designed to advance faculty leadership through strengthened connections, applied learning and peer engagement. Participants for the 2026–27 academic year were selected through a competitive application process and will take part in monthly workshops as well as member-led forums focused on addressing leadership challenges and exchanging solutions. Upon completion of the program, they will be awarded a certificate acknowledging their commitment to professional development.

Biomedical Writing Workshop: Practical Strategies to Increase Confidence and Efficiency in Academic Writing |
Hosted by the Office of Faculty Academic Affairs and facilitated by E. Steve Roach, this half-day workshop is designed to increase efficiency in scholarly writing practices by focusing on practical strategies for developing, revising and submitting manuscripts in today’s competitive publishing environment.
