St. Michael’s believes that important learning happens outside the classroom with purposeful exposure to a broad variety of activities and experiences. After-school enrichment activities provide opportunities for students to explore a variety of interests and develop new passions. That is why we offer inclusive co-curricular, robotics, music and sports opportunities for our K-8 students.
The following sports and co-curriculars will be offered this winter season:
LOWER SCHOOL (K-5)
- Co-Curricular: Art, Coding, Martial Arts, Yoga, Mountain Biking (early and late winter sessions), Private Music Lessons (various instruments)*, Lion King Middle School Musical (5th Grade Ensemble)
- Sports: SMBA Intramural Basketball (co-ed, for grades 4-8)
MIDDLE SCHOOL (6-8)
- Co-Curricular: Martial Arts, Lion King Musical, Private Music Lessons (various instruments)*
- Sports: Girls' and Boys' JV and Varsity Basketball, SMBA Intramural Basketball (co-ed, for grades 4-8), Swimming (practices to be held at ACAC, Robious Road)
Note: Middle School Boys' and Girls' Basketball Tryouts
- Boys' Basketball tryouts for JV and Varsity A and B teams are: November 6, 3-5 p.m.
- Girls' Basketball tryouts for JV and Varsity teams are: November 8, 3-5 p.m.
- Please register for the team for which your child desires to try out. (If your child does not make a team and would like to play SMBA intramural basketball, please contact Athletic Director Wally Kern and he will place your child on the roster. NO need to register online a second time.)
