Dear Beloved Community,
The Board would like to thank you for your feedback at our most recent open meeting. The feedback received overwhelmingly supports the vision of having a second full-time minister at the Fellowship. Additionally, we would like to thank those who submitted their financial promise to help fund the long-term commitment for both the position and ministry at the Fellowship.
At our March meeting, the Board voted and approved this same commitment as it aligns with our three-year strategic plan. It should also be noted that there is a continued need for financial commitment to support our budgeting needs; information and projections will be shared with you running up to, and at, the June Annual Meeting.
Lastly, the Board would like to recognize the concerns and suggestions provided on feedback forms, at the Open Meeting, and in conversations since then. We assure you that each item will be explored and there will be continued dialogue and information shared with each of you as transparent follow-up. We hope that you will continue to share constructive feedback and allow us to discover through caring connections some of those concerns and suggestions more deeply. We hope there will be many among you who will be willing to take a step up and lead some of these efforts, providing your expertise, your wisdom, and your time. We have much to celebrate by way of our future ministry, our future within the Fox Valley region, and with one another. We look forward to connecting with each of you in the coming months.
