IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: |

- New VS Coordinator Participation Requirement: Report Distribution and Attestation.
- This will require electronic attestation by both the site coordinator and physician champion (2 forms will be submitted.)

A web link to the attestation form will be provided by the Coordinating Center by 10/1/23.
- Completion deadline is 12/1/23.
- When entering physician names in REDCap, please do not use a comma to separate the first and last names.

Data entry deadline for 2023 Q2 is 9/18/23.

- Snapshot Reports show measures on which the site is performing well and measures on which the site is not meeting.

2023 Snapshot Reports will be provided to sites by 9/1/23.
- Sites are required to select one 2024 QI project from the group of measures described in this report in which they are not meeting CQI goals or are well below the Collaborative average.

|
- Required documentation will include:
- Description of progress made on 2023 QI Project Summary Form.
- Identification/description of 2024 QI Projects on QI Project Plan Form.

|
- BMC2 Newsletters are now on BMC2.org under News and Events.

A new REDCap Feedback Form is now available on BMC2.org under Member Resources/Coordinator Resources/REDCap Resources.
- This form is not to be used as a Q/A, it is only for feedback purposes.

BMC2 Vascular Surgery Collaborative Meeting will be held on November 2nd, 2023 at the Schoolcraft VistaTech Center in Livonia, MI. Physician Champion and Coordinator attendance is required. All are invited to attend.
- Our last virtual BMC2 VS Coordinator Webinar will be held on December 13th, 2023. We encourage you to attend as we will be discussing database changes!
