A huge thank you to our incredible volunteers who helped us unload three tractor trailers full of furniture generously donated by Bain Capital, with all logistics and delivery coordinated by Bob's Discount Furniture! These pieces will soon be making their way into our residential homes, and we couldn’t have done it without everyone's support.

One moment that truly touched our hearts was a reunion between Jennifer, Director of Inventory Control at Bob's Discount Furniture, and Charlie, a beloved former Bob’s employee who is now retired. Their heartfelt interaction reminded us all of the lasting impact of connection and community.

On April 3rd, four incredible teams—MARC, Inc., Journey Found, MARCH, and Network Human Services—went head-to-head in the 2025 MARCH Madness tournament, and MARC, Inc. brought home the gold!

But this day was about more than just basketball. It was about empowerment, connection, and celebrating the strength of our amazing IDD community.

A huge thank you to the dedicated staff from each nonprofit, our MARC cheerleaders brought the energy for every team, our generous sponsors, and the incredible crew behind the scenes who made it all happen.

We’re already looking forward to raising the energy even higher next year—bring on 2026 MARCH Madness! 🏀

In March, MARC, Inc.’s Development team attended a Social Media Conference in Orlando, FL to explore new strategies for sharing MARC’s mission with broader audiences.

Throughout the conference, the team learned how to create brand ambassadors by uplifting the voices of the individuals we support, our staff, volunteers, and families. They also gained insights into leveraging storytelling and producing authentic content to connect with current and future donors.

Now, the Development team is turning that inspiration into action—working on new ways to provide the MARC community with tools, resources, and ideas to help share our mission. By empowering our staff, families, and supporters to become advocates and storytellers, we can help amplify our mission and strengthen advocacy for the individuals we support.

Join us at the Training Center at 161 Sheldon Road to learn more about Project SEARCH—a nine-month internship program designed to help participants build valuable skills and gain competitive employment, all while working toward their long-term goals.
