New OtterBus Route Approved - Fall 2026 |
|
|
The Office of Transportation and Parking has worked hard to take feedback they have received over the years to craft a new shuttle route.
âIn August 2025, we began getting feedback on the proposed route change and received overwhelming positive feedback,â Transportation and Parking Manager Joey Zayas said. âThe new route will better connect our community with the greater Portland area by adding stops at two TriMet transit hubs (Barbur Transit Center and SE Tacoma/Johnson creek Park and Ride) and adding immediate access to Sellwood.â
New Route Facts
- Change will only affect weekday shuttle service. The weekend route will remain the same (both   schedule and route).
- Weekday shuttle will shift from a North-South (West of river) route to an East-West Route        connecting students to Sellwood.
- New route prioritizes connecting students to TriMet Transit Hubs which will provide greater      access to all of Portland Metro via TriMet.
- New route will run once each hour.
- New Route Stops (Round Trip: 45 min - 1 hr):
  đ Fowler
  đ Law School (Traffic Circle)
đ Fred Meyer will be a stop all day
  đ Barbur Transit Center
đ New Seasonâs on SE Tacoma
đ SE Tacoma / Se Johnson Creek Park and Ride - MAX orange line access
  đLaw School (Traffic Circle)
  đ Fowler

PCUN: Deep Canvassing! Bilingual Volunteers Needed |
Calling all Spanish-speaking bilingual L&C students!
For this Deep Canvassing opportunity, volunteers will go around the Woodburn community to the houses of individuals registered in PCUNâs database. They will hand out resources, help them sign up for legal aid, educate them about what PCUN can provide, and most importantly- get to listen to how they are doing to give them some community support. This is a great chance for us to represent Lewis & Clark and to walk away having learned, seen, and done things that make a real difference. REGISTER HERE!
