For those folks who appreciate the informal “Sunday Coffeehouse Service,” we’ll be offering a 9:00 am Coffee and Conversation opportunity, led by volunteer facilitators, which will include prompts given by the ministers to help guide the conversation and tie in with the focus of the 10:00 am service.
Important dates:

Semi-Annual Blessing of the Animals Service
On Sunday, August 11 we will celebrate historical unitarian Henry Bergh, the founder of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), and bless our animal friends and family members in our semi-annual Blessing of the Animals service! Feel free to bring well-behaved pets of any kind or size with an appropriate leash, crate, or carrier. Or you can bring a photo or object to be blessed in their stead. Additionally, we will have a ritual to remember pets who have "crossed the rainbow bridge," or passed from life, so feel free to bring a photo or memento of those pets to put on our altar of memory. You will be able to bring photos or objects home after the service.

You Are Invited! Join us in our Neurodiversity Awareness Workshop
ALL members of our community are warmly invited to join us for a Neurodiversity Awareness Workshop that aims to shed light on the increasing number of adults diagnosed with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders. This workshop will delve into the concept of disabilities being defined as living with conditions that may not conform to traditional cultural norms and will offer insight into what it means to live with a neurodiverse brain.
Rev. Christina will be leading two workshop options to provide a better understanding and acceptance of individuals with neurodiverse brains. Your participation and input are vital as we strive to foster a more inclusive environment for community members of all ages. Come foster your curiosity as we learn and grow together!
The Neurodiversity Awareness Workshops will take place on:

Thank You
Our Justice Action Ministry teams thank all of you who participated these past two weeks in getting out 1,000 postcards urging a "no" vote on both referendum questions on the ballot for WI August 13 primary. The Fellowship took responsibility for 500 postcards and Jerry Iverson found volunteers for another 500 cards. Please keep sharing information about these 2 referendums which if passed would change the WI state constitution and upset the balance of power in our state government.
