Kitchen Science Savvy- Milk Fireworks!

When we look at milk, we see an opaque, white liquid. We can’t see that milk is actually a colloid made up of many solids suspended in a liquid. What are the solids in milk and how do we test they are there?

Join us and come be a ‘Scientest' as we use our Kitchen Science Savvy to experiment with milk fireworks and explore some of milk's inner workings! This presentation will be held at 6:00 pm on March 23 via Zoom.

Register now through your 4HOnline account. Open to youth in grades K-8, limited to the first 25 participants. We hope to see you there! Don't wait to register. Spots fill up fast!

2021 Family Learning Day Evaluation Due March 26

Thank you for participating in the 2021 Family Learning Day.  Typically when Family Learning Day is held, there is a short evaluation that is handed out after each session. These evaluations help the committee plan for the next year. They also help the session presenters know what they did well and what they need to work on. It also allows the youth to voice ideas for next year and reflects on the learning opportunity they had. Please complete the Google form evaluation by Friday, March 26. All entries that include an email address will be eligible for a prize drawing. The winner will be contacted on March 29. Here is the link to the survey: https://forms.gle/FHY6tJEAnS1AnA1z5  Thank you!
