Good morning! The Chart of Accounts will be sunset and replaced by the Foundation Data Model when Workday launches in July. A faculty member shares how your tax return may look different this year; The Nook is partnering with Give Day to help restock the employee pantry shelves.

When Workday launches this July, the Chart of Accounts will be replaced with the Foundation Data Model (FDM). This modern, flexible structure, built through Universitywide collaboration, will provide clearer and more consistent reporting, more intuitive transactions, fewer errors, and improved decision-making.

The Clemson University South Carolina 4-H program recently hosted its annual Engineering Challenge, which brings together more than 350 elementary and middle school students to compete in various events that build students' interest in STEM subjects.

Faculty and graduate students from the College of Education’s counselor education program have added the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences to a growing roster of University units that have taken advantage of its embedded counseling program.

The Nook is partnering with Give Day to restock the employee pantry shelves. Donation bags are located in buildings across main campus for faculty and staff to drop off needed items, like canned pasta, oil, flour and personal hygiene products. Can't donate in person? Clemson's medical biophysics program is hosting its inaugural CleMBIO Symposium on April 17. The symposium will feature presentations by junior researchers and bring together experts in various experimental and computational approaches. Registration for the event is free.
