Breaking ground in summer 2025, Green Bay will have a new, unique year-round destination. Leicht Park is revolutionizing what it means to live, work, and play in the Broadway District. A high-design permanent stage, concessions, restrooms, and beer garden are turning the seasonal venue into a year-round park destination. Bird watching from the roof deck, parkgoers can listen to the birds, boats, lap of the water, or a concert. Design of the stage, pavilion, and site were influenced by natural forms—movement, water, and nature. The project is a partnership between the City of Green Bay Parks, Recreation & Forestry and the On Broadway Business Improvement Board.

Successful referendum leads to new track and turf football field. Needing to better understand their athletic facilities, Canby Public Schools enlisted ISG to comprehensively assess the existing conditions. Through transparent and detailed recommendations, ISG earned the District's trust to guide them through a successful referendum. A new track and turf football field now provides the Lancers an elite athlete experience, while showcasing the community's Lancer pride.
