Dear 4-H Families,
I wanted to send a reminder about Family Learning Day. Registration is going well and needs to be
completed by February 3rd, which is already next week.
Here are some reminders about the registration process:
Fees are $5.00 per person. Fees apply to ALL youth and adults. Each person must submit a separate registration. Payments are due by February 3, 2024.
Checks payable to: DODGE COUNTY 4-H.
A late fee of $5 per person will be required after February 5th.
THIS FORM WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL FEES ARE RECEIVED IN THE UW EXTENSION OFFICE. This means you will secure your spot in the sessions upon payment.
All payments must be dropped off or sent to:
Dodge County UW Extension
127 E. Oak St.

I wanted to include the reminder because we have about half of the participants that still need to send or drop off payment to receive their session.
