Whether you’re building strength, boosting endurance or managing stress, we’ve got what you need: classes and equipment for every fitness level, lap lanes and cardio options, plus Yoga, Restore and Core, Y Health programs and online nutrition seminars.

(No evening Kid Zone is offered with early branch closure times.)

Starting in January, Kid Zone will open an hour earlier Monday - Friday in 2026 to better support your ACHIEVE goals.

Yes, it’s still winter, but YMCA Summer Day Camps open for member registration on January 1. We are offering 2025 pricing if you register before February 1. Be sure to sign up early and SAVE! A $20 per week deposit holds your child’s spot.

The fourth annual THRIVE Winter Olympics welcome active older adults from all Triangle YMCAs on Friday, Jan. 30, at the Northwest Cary YMCA from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.! Join fellow THRIVE groups for a morning of fun and friendly competition, including cornhole, pickleball, and chair volleyball, followed by lunch and an awards ceremony. ➡️ Sign up today!

Y Health: Winter Registration
|
Enrollment is open for Y Health programs with sessions beginning in January & February. These physician-referred, evidence-based programs support individuals managing pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, cancer recovery, weight management and fall prevention, offering expert guidance and a community of peers. A doctor’s referral is required.

Join the Super Skippers for an afternoon of learning skills in single rope, long rope and double dutch. Clinics are great for new jumpers as well as jumpers who would like to further their knowledge of the sport. Open to ages 6 and up on Saturday, Jan. 3, 3 - 6:30 p.m. with a show from 6 - 6:30 p.m. ➡️ Register.

Winter recreational classes are also available for registration with 5-week sessions from January - March on Tuesdays or Wednesdays from 6 - 7 p.m. Tryouts are not required for our recreational classes. ➡️ Register.
