ACHIEVEMENTS
IUP professor emeritus Ned Wert’s paintings over a 60-plus-year career were the subject of a recent University Museum exhibit. In this museum video, Wert shares his journey, from artistic third-grader to IUP art education major to public school teacher to professor and professional artist.
Nicholas Seidel, an intern with biology professor Tom Simmons’s Disease Vector Ecology Laboratory, has created a dashboard to share Indiana County tick-borne disease data, including tick prevalence by season, prevalence of pathogens in ticks, and Lyme disease case counts and incidence rates.
