CDC Celebrates 3-Year-Olds!
The three-year-old program in CDC focuses on social-emotional development and throughout the year works on fine motor skills. These skills are important to move into the VPK program.
The first photo shows that fine motor skills involve using eye-hand movements and cutting with scissors.
The second photo shows that 3-year-olds are ready to hold crayons and follow directions and recognize color words.
The last photo shows learning positional words like on top, below, and next-to are also 3-year-old skills.
