Dear Friend,

1 year,

40 classrooms,

298 hours of accessible arts programming

Looking for some good news? We've got you covered. This week, Upstream Arts is delighted to share our newly published 2019-2020 Report to the Community, sharing the evaluation data from our work with Minneapolis Public Schools. Despite it being a highly unusual year (to say the least) we're proud that our dedicated team of 30 Teaching Artists were able to reach and practice creativity with 410 students of all abilities ages 3-21, in many cases continuing online after Stay at Home orders went into effect. We invite you to take a look at the report yourself, and read first-hand accounts of how our work is impacting the students we reach. We're humbled and grateful to be a part of their lives, especially now, and for your support in making that possible.

Announcing our $5K Give to the Max Goal

Like you, we're doing our best to be agile in the midst of uncertainty. Not everything is uncertain though. We're certain that we're going to keep investing in being with our disability community, because we need each other, now more than ever. We're also certain that we're going to keep investing in our roster of 30+ professional Teaching Artists, because the world needs them, now more than ever. And as Early Giving kicks off Nov 1st for Give to the Max Day, we invite you to invest in the world you want to see by investing in us, so that we can get back to what matters most: connecting with one another. One small moment at a time.
Let's do this
Warm hands for all you do,
Julie, Matt, Bree and all of us at Upstream Arts
