Local Grants Aim to Expand Disability Inclusion

Last week, Washington Jewish Week reported on Federation’s $100,000 investment to help local organizations directly respond to the needs of the community and ensure people of all abilities are able to fully participate. As Federation CEO, Gil Preuss notes, “As a Jewish community, we need to make sure that we have organizations throughout the community that…have built their system…to really be inclusive for all, and it’s a core part of what it means to be a Jewish community.”
