Get Tested Before and After Coming Back to Campus
Pre-Arrival Testing
Get tested for COVID-19 in the 72 hour period before your return to campus and receive a negative result (you do not need to report a negative result).
Neither students nor employees should travel or return to campus if:
- You receive a positive result. Report the result to NYU’s COVID-19 Prevention & Response Team and follow their guidance for isolating. You may return to campus once your isolation is complete.
- If you are feeling ill and have symptoms of COVID-19, even mild symptoms. You may return to campus once you receive a negative PCR test, you are fever free for at least 24 hours, and your symptoms are improving.
