Take care of yourself! Get enough sleep. practice self-care and practice giving yourself grace during these stressful times.
Lean on your classmates, TA's, professors, and advisors for support. We are here to help you succeed.
Find tutoring that best first your needs: tutoring.uic.edu
Check your my.uic portal to ensure you clear your holds, have met with your advisor, and are prepared for registration in November

Studying for CHEM 101 Exam 2

Mentors volunteered their time and knowledge to help first-year students prepare for their second CHEM 101 exam of the semester, just in time for midterms!

Meet and Greet with Dr. Aixa Alfonso

Mentors and Mentees learned about Dr. Alfonso's experiences as a Latina in STEM, her research, and building a solid network at UIC for success. Mentors also shared their experiences to empower other students to start developing their timelines for professional schools.
