Honors Assembly for K-8: May 24 Info and Dress Code

Our annual year-end Honors Assembly for Grades K-8 is WEDNESDAY, MAY 24 at 8:30 a.m. in the Church.  Our guest speaker is Beth Ghaphery Johnson '77.

PLEASE NOTE that Middle School students need to be dropped off by 8:15 a.m. that morning at St. Michael's Church, not the Middle School.
For this occasion, students are expected to adhere to the Dress-Up Day dress code, found in the Directory:
  • Students must wear either: (a) a dress shirt, tie*, and long pants; (b) a dress; or (c) a dress blouse with a dress skirt/pants.
  • *Students K to 3rd grade may substitute a tucked in collared shirt for a dress shirt and tie.
Due to space limitations, we ask that only parents whose children are receiving the Math or Literary Awards attend. Thank you for understanding.
Transition to Middle School Program
Rising sixth grade  parents, join us on Tuesday, May 23 or Monday, June 5 at 8:15 a.m. in the Singleton Campus library to learn more about Middle School and what to expect as your child transitions to a new campus. All rising sixth grade parents are invited and we encourage you to attend.
Join us for the Spring SMPA Meeting

The Spring Meeting of the St. Michael's Parents' Association is Tuesday, May 23 at 7 p.m. at the Middle School Singleton Campus.

The evening features an ART SHOW from our Middle School students and brief PERFORMANCES from our Middle School BAND and fifth grade CHORUS. A short meeting will follow, at which the Parents' Association will present a gift to the School.  The evening concludes with refreshments and an opportunity for parents to visit with each other and acknowledge our departing faculty-- Pat Brady and Michael Jones. Hope to see you there!
Extended Programs Survey
As we finish up an exciting first year of our St M Extended Day Program, we seek parent input via this QUICK SURVEY on your experiences, ideas and requests as we plan for the coming school year.
As you answer our survey questions, please note that Extended Programs includes: Lower School core extended day, Middle School pay-as-you-go extended day, Lower School enrichment classes (e.g., art, fishing, etc.) but DOES NOT include athletics (e.g., SMBA, intramural and interscholastic sports teams).  Thank you for your feedback!
